Summary
Amends the:
Social Security Act 1991
to: increase the single rates of Newstart and Youth Allowance by $50 a week; and standardise the indexation arrangements for certain pensions and allowances; and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to provide that these payments are made from monies appropriated by the Parliament.
